Service Duration & Pricing:

4. Payment & Booking
Payment Processing:
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International)
- Payment must be completed before scheduling your consultation
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- All fees are in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD (US Dollars) as specified
- Refunds available for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
Booking Process:
- Select your desired service and duration
- Complete payment through secure gateway
- Receive Calendly link via email to schedule your appointment
- Choose your preferred date and time
- Receive confirmation with video call details
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations:
- Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time
No Refund Situations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment
- No-shows (failure to attend scheduled consultation)
- Technical issues on client's end (internet, device problems)
Rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
- Appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking
Important: To receive a refund, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
6. Consultation Conduct
Your Responsibilities:
During consultations, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
- Join the video call on time (late arrivals may reduce consultation time)
- Conduct yourself respectfully and professionally
- Not record consultations without explicit written permission
- Use a stable internet connection in a quiet environment
- Have any relevant questions or topics prepared in advance

7. Confidentiality
